R.E.P operates by a Constitution which contains fundamental principles and established precedents by which the organization is acknowledged to be governed.
The basic organizational structure of REP is shown below.
In general terms, the Board of Trustees provides oversight and guidance to the Executive Team of REP. The Board ensures that the organization stays aligned with its mission and values in addition to complying with all statutory regulations of Ghana.
Specifically, the Board of Trustees has oversight over the following areas:
i. Legal Oversight.
• The Board ensures that it is operating in accordance with its mission and the purpose for which it was granted tax-exempt status.
• As safeguards of the public trust, Board members are responsible for protecting REP’s assets.
• The Board ensures legal and ethical integrity and maintains accountability.
ii. Management Oversight.
• The Board is responsible for ensuring that REP is run professionally.
• The Board selects the Executive Director and decides his/her role.
• The Board supports the Executive Director and assesses his/her performance.
• The Board has the power to hire and remove the Executive Director.
iii. Financial Oversight.
• The Board provides proper financial oversight, including setting and approving an annual budget.
• The Board ensures that REP has the money it needs for its operations. Board members particularly help rope in financial partners of REP
iv. Program Oversight
• The Board ensures that programs are in place to further the mission and goals of REP.

The General Executive Team is responsible for the management of the day-to-day operational activities of REP according to the strategic direction set by the Board of Trustees.
The activities of REP are mainly financed from freewill offerings from the Board of Trustees, Partners and Members as well as voluntary contributions from the Entrepreneurs Network.
REP maintains its funds in a current account according to standard banking policies and law.
Any cheque issued is signed by at least two of any three nominated members of the Board of Trustees.
The MoMo account is also under the control of The Board
REP maintains accurate financial records and subjects its accounts to yearly independent financial auditing.
